In April 2016, 黑料福利社 was awarded the contract for the construction of the Valliant to Northwest Texarkana Transmission Line project for and .

The project consisted of the installation of 43.5 miles of 345kV single steel pole transmission line on anchor-bolted foundations. Irby was supported by and for helicopter pole erection work scopes (Irby and Winco are subsidiary companies (PWR:NYSE)). The project was completed on time and with zero lost time incidents in January 2017.

Founded in 2008, (“CTT”) is a regulated transmission service provider providing energy to wholesale markets across Texas. The bulk of CTT’s capacity derives from its owned and operated network of transmission lines (>320 miles) which delivers wind power from the Texas Panhandle to its customers.

In January 2016, CTT contracted Irby to incorporate power from the Salt Fork Wind project in Gray and Donley Counties by constructing 25 miles of 345kV transmission line. The Irby work scope included the installation of steel structures, foundations, and wire operations. Irby was assisted by (direct embed drilling and structure setting), (lead-in installation and diverters), and B&M Telecom (Fiber splicing). Both Irby and Winco Powerline are subsidiary companies (PWR:NYSE).

The project was completed in August 2016 to schedule and with zero lost-time incidents.

In late May 2011, Arkansas experienced extreme precipitation conditions in addition to high winds and dozens of tornadoes. This resulted in damage to property and infrastructure including transmission and distribution lines in and around Lonoke.

, a power provider with over 700,000 customers in 63 Arkansas counties (an Entergy Corporation subsidiary), rapidly mobilized the emergency restoration call-out services of Irby to rehabilitate the lines. Irby quickly and safely returned power to the impacted areas by months end.

In January 2007, a severe ice storm impacted the Tulsa Metropolitan Area (“TMA”) leaving more than 200,000 homes without power. The affected infrastructure included transmission lines owned and operated by the (“GRDA”), a state-owned electric utility deriving hydroelectric power from the Grand River Waterway. The GDRA contracted Irby to perform emergency restoration works in multiple TMA locations and power was restored within days.

Scope: Performed post-typhoon emergency power restoration services throughout Guam.
Location: Pongsona, Guam

Super Typhoon Pongsona hit the U.S. Territory of Guam on December 8, 2002, with winds blowing an estimated 202-240 MPH. The storm battered the island for over 12 hours causing significant infrastructure damage. The Guam Power Authority reported more than 700 broken concrete poles.

In addition to total power loss on the island, water service was discontinued, and fuel storage systems were decimated by fire. The restoration process was impaired by these challenges yet, 60% of power had been restored within a month of the storm鈥檚 landfall.

Irby located and loaded a large cargo plane with bucket trucks, transformers, and other equipment. The plane and 35 Irby crew members left on the 7,520- mile journey Christmas Eve.

Irby鈥檚 work on site included restoring power to Navy and Air Force facilities for Kellogg Brown & Root Services in conjunction with Systems Energy and Technology, an island contractor.

Irby crews remained on the island through the New Year until the project was complete and power was fully restored.
