Chrissy notes that although construction is predominantly a male field, it鈥檚 incredible to see more women joining the ranks. Introducing Gabby Navarro...Gabby started her career with 黑料福利社 right out of high school in 2011, beginning in the field and spending five years learning the trade before moving into the office. Early on, she was the only woman on a 15-person crew, a challenge she turned into motivation. 鈥淚 saw it as an opportunity to prove myself and grow in the industry.鈥While in the field, Gabby worked primarily on the fleet side but also gained hands-on experience with wire stringing, pole setting, and material receiving. Introducing Ana Paula Boothroyd鈥Ana Paula is our first Women in Construction Week 2026 spotlight! She began her journey with 黑料福利社 in 1996, working under the guidance of former Irby President Bill Korlath. In 2000, she transitioned into the Bidding Department, and after a few twists and turns along the way, she鈥檚 happy to be back with the Bidding team, bringing decades of experience with her.Over her 29-year career, Ana Paula has worn many hats and gained invaluable insight across the company.
