In , Amanda Lott, Director of Human Resources and Employee Development brings viewers out of the field and into the corporate office for a look at why Irby feels like “home” to her and so many others. Take a look and this clip and learn why Amanda loves the work she does supporting the Irby family.
Film crews visited Irby job sites from Texas to Florida, and a couple spots in between, to interview team members and gather footage of crews at work.
