Irby employees look forward to every third Thursday of the month because of the monthly company cookout. Visiting with co-workers, eating good food and recognizing employee birthdays鈥 is one way we stay connected as a work family.

The Irby Third Thursday cookout on May 18 was a little more special than usual as we dedicated the time together to honor both the Richland Fire Department and the Richland Police Department by including first responders in our聽monthly gathering. In the City of Richland, we are surrounded by an amazing team of first responders, and this was just a small way for us to show our appreciation for them.

Mr. Bill Joy arrived at Irby headquarters around 3 AM, Thursday morning to begin preparing the mouthwatering brisket that everyone enjoyed. Bill and his team are dedicated to making third Thursdays at Irby a little brighter!
